The storm suddenly hit the city at 3 pm. At that time, Mr Lin was driving home. And half an hour later, his car was trapped in water. Water got into his car. He couldn’t move out and was in danger. Luckily, soldiers were searching for people trapped in water and they found Mr Lin three hours later. Mr Lin felt very cold and the soldiers sent him to hospital.
