All too often，teens only see that being an adult can drive and drink．But they fail to see that being an adult means working，paying bills，saving money and managing costs responsibly．When your teen gets a job，you should encourage him or her to open a savings account in a bank at first，which can help your teen to spend money wisely．Believe it or not，it really does make a difference to them when they're spending their own money rather than yours．
