Competition Rules
•Relatives of judges（评委）and organizers are not allowed to take part in the competition．
•All singers must be between 13and 19years of age
•Singers aged 17or younger need the permission of a parent to take part （See Parent Permission below）
•All singers must arrive at least 30minutes before the start of the competition．Late comers will not be allowed to take part．
