How do you get along with your teachers? Every day, we spend hours with our teachers at school, We learn from them, and they teach us to be good people. The relationship between students and teachers is very important.
Teachers care about our studies and lives, and it seems they know everything about the subjects they teach. They also have the right to decide who should be the class leaders or take part in activities on behalf of(代表)the class.
So, many students want to be the teacher's pet. We show teachers great respect. In class, we'll obey the rules and keep quiet if the teacher doesn't ask us to speak. We seldom argue with our teachers. When they make a mistake, we don't dare to point it out. Some of us are unwilling to communicate with teachers after class because we don't want to bother them.
At American schools, the situation is a little different. Teachers and students are more like friends. Calling a teacher by his or her name is common. In class, students express their opinions freely and challenge teachers when they don't agree. If it turns out that a teacher made a mistake, the teacher will say "sorry" in front of the whole class. Students and teachers also communicate through e-mail, Facebook or Twitter after class. They chat about studies and life experiences,
Teachers are like our parents and our friends. We should respect our teachers.

Dear Morn,
Did you have fun with my father in Beijing? On 10th March,20ll,I had a great time on the school trip.I visited Ueno Park with my classmates. In the park,we saw nice animals, such as wild geese (鹅) and giant pandas. In the afternoon we visited Tokyo Tower, the highest iron tower in the world We enjoyed ourselves in Tokyo. At seven o’clock in the evening we took the bus back to Yuying Middle School in Sendai. We had dinner in the school dining hall.I ate lots of sushi(寿司) and sashimi(生鱼片).
Well,a big earthquake happened in Japan at about three o’clock in the afternoon on 11th March 2011.The teachers on the second floor felt the earthquake. At that time our Japanese teacher Miss Smith was also on the second floor. She saw the computer shaking. And then she looked out of the window and saw many students running towards the playground. Then we were told to leave the classroom and go to the playground. All of the students were safe.
Mom, don’t worry about me. I’m very well. I have enough food to eat. I sleep very well in the evening. Now I don’t want to return to Beijing. I want to stay in Japan and help those people who were injured in the earthquake.
Yours,
Cao Li
