Neil's mother used to buy him everything he wanted,but this time Mum said, “Your shoes are still good. We’re not rich,dear." “But all my friends will wear new shoes!” Neil shouted angrily and then ran out. Neil ran to the park nearby and sat under a big tree. Then,he saw a girl in a wheelchair. She was chatting happily with her mother. She had no feet but she smiled at everyone passing by. Neil felt ashamed about himself. He thought,4Tm much luckier than her. Why am I angry?” He stood up and ran back home.
