I often stay up late to go over my lessons. Last night I didn't go to bed until 12 o'clock. When I woke up this morning, I found it was already 7 o'clock. I put on my clothes, brushed my teeth and washed my face quickly. Then I rushed into the living-room, where Mother was cooking breakfast. Before she could say anything, I got my school bag, ran out and got on my bike. I was afraid that I would be punished by the teacher because of being late. So I rode as fast as I could. It seemed only a few minutes before I got to the school. To my surprise, I found the schoolgate was closed. Then I realized it was Saturday.
