Opening time

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the weekend.

Rules

Here you can read more than 150,000 copies of books as well as some common magazines. You can read different types of newspapers, too. You can borrow 4 books at a time and keep it for 20 days for free. If you want to keep it longer, you must renew them. Otherwise, you will be fined.
