The first thing I want to do is to read an English book. Reading is a great past-time. English classics, written by masters, present great thoughts through fascinating stories. It not only offers joy and excitement, but also increases our vocabulary.

Apart from reading, I plan to be a volunteer in an Old People’s Home. For one thing, old people often feel lonely. We can cheer them up and we need to care for them. After all, we are all going to be old one day. For another, volunteering is a great way to spend our free time.

Anyway, vacations mean more than not going to school. It is a great opportunity for us to enrich ourselves. So why not do something meaningful this summer vacation?
