Uganda
Banana is a fruit,but people in Uganda eat it as their main food. Matoke is a special kind of banana. The banana is green on the outside and hard on the inside. People peel (剥) the banana and put it on banana leaves and cook it. After it becomes soft,it is then mashed (捣碎) . Then they mix it with cooked meat,peanuts and sauce.
