Wang Hui is crazy about drawing and very strict with himself. He is always searching for something better to improve himself. He is good at using colours to express himself. He likes red best, because red can help him make decisions quickly. Although he is busy with his study, he never gives up his hobby. He has won several drawing competitions since last year. He often helps us. For example, he often spends time helping with the classroom blackboard newspaper. He even does something to make his community more beautiful at weekends.

I think Wang Hui is the most suitable person to achieve the title . I hope that you agree with me.(90 words）
