【答案】Dear Chairperson,

I'd like to join the Environment Club.

I'm Amy from Grade 8 of Sunshine Middle School. I am a polite girl and ready to help others. I think smog has a certain impact on our study, work and life. First of all, smog is bad for our health. Secondly, smog weather has low visibility, which often causes traffic accidents. Finally, the schools in some areas have to be closed.

To prevent smog, I have two suggestions. First, the government should take measures to control air pollution, such as legislation. Besides, people should plant more trees and flowers because good environment is closely related to us.

I want to do my part for environmental protection at once. I'm looking forward to your reply.

Yours sincerely,

Amy

【解析】
