Last Monday our class held an activity about saving and protecting water.
Mr Wang was invited to give us a talk. After his speech, we had a discussion about how to save and
protect water.
Now we know that some of the rivers are polluted in our country and that we are short of water
although there are some rivers and lakes in our city. As a result, we need to protect and save water. For
example, we shouldn't leave water running after using it. Besides, we mustn't throw rubbish into the rivers.
After taking part in the activity, we had a better understanding of the importance of protecting the
environment and saving water.
