根据空后“It especially wanted to become the most beautiful horse in the world”可知,它特别想成为世界上最漂亮的马;根据空前“The horse was beautiful and also it had many good qualities.”

根据空前句“You have given me beauty. You have given me other good qualities. 可知,此处是对上帝给予它的表示感谢,“I’m so thankful to you”符合语境。故选A

根据后文“My neck is too short. If you can make my neck a little longer … look more beautiful in my lower body”可知,这是马在说在哪些方面做改变,所以空处是上帝问它在哪些方面需要改变,“Tell me in what way you want to be changed.”

根据前文“I do not want to become a camel我不想成为一头骆驼”和后面“As a horse, everybody appreciated(欣赏) my good qualities.作为一匹马,每个人都欣赏我好的品质”可知,空处是说它想再变回一匹马,“I wish you to change me into a horse again.”

根据前文“You have become a camel.你已经变成了一只骆驼”及后面“if you cry for a longer neck and legs如果你为长脖子和长腿哭喊”,结合选项可知空处是说不要再有更多的要求,“Never try to get more than I have given you.”
