If you want to change your mood into a happy one,there are some tips on how you can get into a happy mood.

Watch a funny show or movie. This is a great way to divert your attention away from whatever is making you feel sad. A funny show or movie will also get you to laugh. Laughing will make you feel happier.

Do something you like to get you into a happy mood. For example,what gets me into a happy mood is getting a massage (按摩) ，going out to a new restaurant,hiking with some friends,making life goals and planning my next trip.
