2．  在西方国家，一周的第一天是从Sun-  day开始的。而为什么weekend却是指  Saturday和
Sunday这两天呢？这得从周  末的由来说起。《圣经》里提到：上帝创  造万物．用了六天的时间，第七天休息。  所以西方人都在这天休息，去教堂做礼  拜。可是后来古巴比伦经里面却记载，上   帝是星期六休息的，并且很多犹太教也认  为应该是星期六休息。于是，越来越多国  家干脆休息两天，以免争议。
