First, it does little good to your English writing, since as a very private thing, you cannot present it to your teacher for any writing suggestion. Thus you may be more and more uncertain about the language use. Second, in relation to your general English level, it is difficult to express your feelings completely in English. Consequently, it does little in helping yourselves feel any change in mood．Moreover, it might further prevent yourselves from talking freely to your friends, who may think you don’t trust them.

All in all, it is a waste of time to keep an English diary. Communicate with your teachers or chat with your friends.
