A young and successful manager was traveling down neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids rushing out from   36   parked cars and slowed down   37   he thought he saw something.

As his car passed, one child   38   and cast a brick into the Jaguar's side door. He   39    hard and turned the Jaguar back to the spot from   40   the brick had been thrown. He jumped out of the car, grabbed some kid and   41   against a parked car, shouting angrily, “What was that all about? Just what   42   are you doing? That’s a new car and that brick you threw is going to   43   a lot of money. Why did you do it?”

“Please, mister… please, I’m sorry, but I didn’t know what else to do!”   44   the youngster. “It’s my brother. He fell out of his wheelchair and I can’t life him up.”   45  , the boy asked the manager, “Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He’s hurt and he’s too   46   for me.”

  47   by the words, he hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then   48   his handkerchief and wiped the cuts. A quick look told him   49   everything was going to be okay. “Thank you, sir. And   50  ,” the grateful child said to him. The man then   51   the little boy push his brother to the side walk toward their home. It was a long walk back to the Jaguar…a long, slow walk. The manager never did repair the   52  . He kept the dent (凹痕) to  53  him not to go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to  54  .
