8、Bob,my younger brother, stays happy at home all day, staring at television.Because he has been brain-damaged from birth,he cannot  1  , hear and can see poorly through his remaining eye.

    On a hot summer morning,Mum had written“VISIT GRANDMA”for Bob in large letters  we left for the nursing home.No one expected Bob to  3  the fact that this would probably be our  4  visit to my grandma.

    We stepped into my grandma’s nursing room after getting off the car.The strokes(中风)had left Grandma trembling and she couldn’t  5  to anything around her-her mouth opened,her wide eyes shut and opened quickly and stared but   6  she didn’t see us at all.

I felt a flood of warmth rushing deep inside me.How  18  had been about Bob these years!
