摘要:第二节: Possible version 1 Students’ Mistakes should Be Corrected by Their Teachers ①Some people think that children’s learning mistakes should not be corrected by their teachers. ②Children learn by comparing their behaviors, including their speech, with more skilled people. ③But in school teachers always point out and correct their students’ mistakes for them, making the students dependent on them. ④So children should learn by correcting their own mistakes and helping each other instead of having their mistakes corrected by their teachers. ⑤This opinion sounds right but is hardly practical. ⑥In real school learning situations, especially in learning a foreign language like English, without teachers’ correction all the way, beginners will repeat their mistakes without realizing it. ⑦I, for example, liked to use words that are too formal for a student’s composition. ⑧But I never realizing it until my teachers repeatedly replaced them with simple words. ⑨Now, I can writer naturally in simple English. ⑩So teachers should be encouraged to correct their students’ mistakes as soon as possible . Possible version 2 Children learn everything by finding and correcting the mistakes. For example, when they are learning a language, they will compare their language with other people’s and make some changes if necessary. But in schools, students never have the chance to correct themselves because the teachers have done all the things for them. That is why students can not become independent in schools. In my opinion, it is right for the teachers to correct the student’s language mistakes. When I was learning English in junior high school, I always wrote the wrong sentence “I very much like English because I took it for granted that languages have the same word order. Having noticed my mistakes several times, my teacher, Mr. Li, wrote in my exercise book: English and Chinese have different word orders. Please use English word order to write English sentences. After that, I paid more attention to the word order of English and I rarely made such mistakes from then on. I should thank my teacher for correcting my mistakes in time. 任务型写作各项评分参考标准

Perhaps you do not know your school principal well. But you might be wise to take him or her seriously. Peking University will enroll students recommended by high school principals this year. Oh November 16, 2009 Peking University released a list of 39 high school principals in 10 provinces who have the chance to recommend students. If the students recommended pass a round of interviews by Peking University, they will have an extra 30 points added to their national college entrance exam scores if they apply to the university after the exam. Peking University said the reason behind the move was a desire to give students with comprehensive and special abilities a chance to stand out.
However, a survey conducted by leading Chinese web portal sina. Com showed 10,046 out of 14,227 people surveyed were against the new idea. Most said the recommendations were unfair on other students. Xue Yong, a Peking University alumni who is now an assistant professor at Suffolk University, told Qianjiang Evening News the experiment could be dangerous if it is abused.
