We were flying to a meeting. I was in the middle    36 .I found that the young woman sitting next to me was very   37 and deep in thought. Then I asked her where she was from, where she was going and   38  she did.
She was a student and had been attending   39 in Poland-----the homeland of her father. Then she told me sadly that her father had    40    . She had chosen to attend college in Poland   41 her father’s wishes and their relationship had been  42  .They hadn’t forgiven each other  43  he died.
She seemed so sad. I looked at her, trying to   44  some words to say. I asked her if she had forgiven  45  for not realizing her father’s dream. She answered that she couldn’t forgive herself  and felt so  46 .Slowly, I began to tell her about forgiveness. I encouraged her to  47  that because I believed her father wanted that too. She should forgive herself  48  how awful she thought she had been.
I told her about  49  I had done as a teenager for which I had felt guilty for many years. How I was  50  with the choice of forgiving myself or to  51  feeling guilty for the rest of my life. I had  52  to forgive myself . The light in her eyes went on. She began to understand that she was  53   forgiven and could forgive herself. She could be  54  and happy.
How about you? Is there anything in your  55  for which you feel guilty?

Edinburgh takes on Leinster in their Rugby Union match on Friday evening where it should be a dry night with some clear spells. It will feel chilly in the wind, with temperatures at the start of the match around only 6℃ (430F).
There will be some light rain on Friday afternoon for the races in Newbury. It will stay rather cloudy and will feel cold in the wind with a high of 8 ℃. But the weather will not be too much of a problem for the event.

The town I live in is about to put cameras at all traffic lights to catch people who run red lights. It  1 me of how many people I’ve seen who take the yellow light as a  2 to go faster. I also can’t understand why people don’t move when the traffic light has turned green. Above all, there are those  3 situations in which someone doesn’t even  4 that the light turns red, and just keeps going. That is why so many  5 happen!   7 ,it’s even more frightening to imagine letting people make their own decisions at  8 crossroads. Do the biggest cars get to go first? Who decides who goes next? So I guess I do like the idea of a system to  9 traffic. And I’ll do my best to  10 the traffic rules: to go, to be cautious, and to stop when I’m  11 to.
It occurs to me that my  12 have done much the same for me  13 teaching me how to live. They have given me many  14 lights: to get along well with others, to listen and talk to them, to help others, and to 15 with joy and purpose. They have also given me some red lights  16 my life goes astray(误入歧途): not to be greedy, to keep my temper, and to control my desires. And there  17 have been some yellow caution lights: to watch how much I drink, to keep control of my behavior, and to  18 school regularly and work hard.
If I obey these rules, my life will be as  19 as it can be. Just as I’m wise to pay attention to the traffic lights when I’m walking across the street, I’m wise to pay attention to the“  20 signals”given to me by my parents.
