A young and successful manager was traveling down neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids rushing out from   1   parked cars and slowed down   2   he thought he saw something.

As his car passed, one child   3   and cast a brick into the Jaguar's side door. He   4    hard and turned the Jaguar back to the spot from   5   the brick had been thrown. He jumped out of the car, grabbed some kid and   6   against a parked car, shouting angrily, “What was that all about? Just what   7   are you doing? That’s a new car and that brick you threw is going to   8   a lot of money. Why did you do it?”

“Please, mister… please, I’m sorry, but I didn’t know what else to do!”   9   the youngster. “It’s my brother. He fell out of his wheelchair and I can’t life him up.”   10  , the boy asked the manager, “Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He’s hurt and he’s too   11   for me.”

 12   by the words, he hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then   13   his handkerchief and wiped the cuts. A quick look told him   14   everything was going to be okay. “Thank you, sir. And   15  ,” the grateful child said to him. The man then   16   the little boy push his brother to the side walk toward their home. It was a long walk back to the Jaguar…a long, slow walk. The manager never did repair the   17  .
