“Growing pains” is my favorite American TV play because it is very interested. The play         tells humorous stories happen in Green’s family. With such stories it make people think about life, but therefore attracts the audience. It is also a window which we can learn about American society.        After a final examination, I got a letter from my best friend and his parents live on a farm. They invited me stay with them for several weeks. I was so excited that I could sleep all night. When I got to their home I was warm received. I lived in a big and nice room. I enjoy the life there very much. Every morning we got up early and walk on the farm where we could enjoy the fresh air or beautiful scenery. We gathered some flowers here and there, and I found it filled of funs. In the afternoon we did our homework. I did have a good time.

My dentist had just pulled out of my teeth and had told me to rest for a while. I tried to say anything , my mouth was full of cotton wool. He knew I collected
match boxes and asked me that my collection was growing. He then asked me about my brother and whether I like my the new job in London. I either nodded or made strange noises in answer for the questions. Meanwhile , my tongue was search out the hole where the tooth had once been. Suddenly I felt very worriedly, but still could not say anything. When the dentist at last removed the cotton wool into my mouth, I was able to tell him that he had pulled out the wrong teeth.

Yesterday I bought new coat in a shop. When I came back home,I found
it so big for me . This morning , I went to the shop  and change the coat
I bought . But the sales girl in the shop treated me cold .  Firstly ,
she didn’t admit that I buy the coat in her shop . Then ,  she said  I
made it be dirty . So I got very angry but quarreled with him , pointing
to the rules on the wall。  Just then , a manager turned up . He said
sorry  to me and they changed other one for me . At last , I said goodbye
to them and took the new coat home happily .

All of us know the old saying “Practice make perfect.” It tells us unless we want to realize our aim, we should practise, and one day we will make it. It’s easy to understand. Once I wanted to learn swimming. At first I found difficult to control my body. I just sank into the water. I feel very frightened. Then I watched others who were good at them and asked them the key to succeed. I went to the swimming pool every day, learned from them and practised. A day, when my friend pushed me into the swimming poo1, I sudden found that I could swim. How exciting I was! Now I can swim much more better than before.
