文中共有10处错误，每句中最多有两处。错误涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。
增加：在缺词处加一个漏词符号（^），并在此符号下面写出该加的词。
删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。
修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。
注意：1．必须按答题要求做题，否则不给分。2. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词。
2．只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。
I’m writing you because I’m interested in the job you offered it to help with two children. I would like to know some informations in detail. Would you please tell me how many hours should be spent with the children every day? However, how many languages and what languages are requiring to use with the children? I’m from China and French is my second foreign language when I was at the university. So I can teach Chinese and French. How about meals if accommodation is available with a foreign student? The last question is how the work starts? Now or a short time later?

John was visiting he 90-year-old grandpa, who lived in the country. In the first morning of the visit, John grandpa prepared a breakfast of bacon and eggs. John noticed some dirt on his plate, and asks, “Are these plate clean?” His grandpa replied, “They’re as cleaner as cold water can get them. Just go ahead and finish your meal.” For lunch, Grandpa made hamburgers. Again, John has found the plates were dirty, but he asked the same question. Without looking up, his grandpa gave same answer. Later, as John was left, his grandpa’s dog started to growl(咆哮), and wouldn’t let him pass. Grandpa shouted at the dog, “Cold Water, go lie down!”

My young cousin Tom seems to have endless question to ask every day. One day, he asked me how life on earth began after watch a film. To be honest, the question remains a puzzle to me. Therefore, in order not to let him down, I found the answer in a book. It says, “Long ago the earth was a cloud dust. The dust settled into a solid globe before billions of years. The earth became such violent that it exploded loud. Then water, that is important for life to develop, began to appear. As the time went on, different life forms began.”

I’m very glad to have received the letter you sent me two weeks before. I have been thinking about the question you ask me. In my opinion, you should come back after finished your studies abroad. For one reason, that you are studying is badly needed nowadays in our country. It will be quite easily for you to find a good job. In fact, I know a few big company in our city hope to hire people like you. For other reason I think it will be too more convenient for you to look after your parents as they are getting old. And this is only my point of view. It is up to you to make right choice.
