Yu Gardens
These famous Ming gardens are often rather crowded. Don’t forget to try their delicious snacks.

Lu Xun’s Museum This is a great place for book-lovers. There are photographs of the famous writer,
some of his books written by hand and many letters. A very interesting place for a few hours.Very cheap.

Shanghai Natural History Museum
Everything is about the natural world and science. You can study dinosaurs, hundreds of animals, plants,
rocks and more, and see many unusual exhibition. Very cheap.      
Open 9:00 am -5:00 pm.

Shanghai Art Museum
An interesting building, once used as a race club and library. Drop in and see the latest exhibition. There
are shows by painters from all over the country. The museum also encourages research into art. Pay to
enter.
