I am writing to tell you 1 the street in our part of the city. I live 2 Robson Avenue（大街）and we are asked to put our household rubbish into 3 plastic dustbins. We have to remember to put paper and cardboard（木板）in the blue bin, and glass (but not plastic) in the brown bin. This is a good 4 in the theory（理论上）. But it just doesn't 5 in practice（实践中）.
