Do you want to have a long and healthy life? If you answer ‘yes’, please follow five rules suggested by a group of national experts in the health field. The experts say that these rules are good for your physical and mental(智力)health. They are very helpful, so why don't you try them?

★Eat a variety of food, especially fruits and vegetables.

It’s OK to eat cakes and ice cream sometimes, but your best choice is to eat all kinds of things. Then you can get all the vitamins (维生素)and minerals (矿物)your body needs. Try to get enough fruits and vegetables a day: half a cup of strawberry jam on your cereal(谷类) in the morning two small carrots at lunch, and a cup of fruit juice and some chips for a snack.

★Milk and other calcium-rich(富含钙 )foods

(3)The adult's body weight contains about two per cent calcium, which is necessary to healthy teeth and bones. Good source of calcium include milk products and green vegetables. Calcium from milk and milk products is more easily absorbed(吸收) in great amounts than calcium from other sources. It you don't like milk; you should have yogurt or cheese instead.

★Listen to your body

When you eat, make sure that you know when you are full. Eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and make you overweight. So if you are full, please don’t eat any more.

★Limit your screen time

This means you'd better not spend too much time playing computer games or watching videos.

(4) It's OK to do schoolwork on the computer but make sure that you spend as much time as possible doing active things.

★Be active

Talking on a mobile phone is expensive, so a lot of people send text messages. Text messages are
much cheaper by making the words shorter. You can do this by taking out "unimportant" letters in the
words and using numbers instead of words (2=to, 3=free, 4 = for, 8 = ate, so, etc. ). You can also keep
a way from using punctuation. Here is an example: Do u wnt 2 g 2 th cnma tnit? (Do you want go to the
cinema tonight?)
What do you think these text messages mean?
Whr hv U bn? Iv bn wing hrs fr a cll.
Im hm nw, why nt gv me a cll.

Mobile phone users have developed a group of symbols to show how they feel. They are called
emoticons, and there are some examples below. To read an emoticon, you have to look at it sideways.
For example, if you say something in a text message that is a joke, you can follow it with a smiling face.
