Rocky Lyons was five years old when his mother, Kelly, was driving along the country road with him. He was asleep on the front seat of their truck, with his feet resting on her lap.   She is only 12 years old but lives only with her younger sister. Her parents are far away from home, and she has to take care of her younger sister.
