As is known by all，the Internet is playing a more and more important part on our daily life．On the Internet，we can not only read news at home or abroad but also get much information as possible．For an example，we often send e-mails and make telephone call to our families and friends．What’s more，they can go to school on the Internet，read different kinds of books and even teach us English．We can also listen to music，watching sports and play computer games．We can even do shopping without left our houses．

This afternoon I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn’t tell anyone but even refused the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the hurt in my foot became bad. Now I know I am wrong. We can tell others our need for help and accept his help. Some day we can help others in return for. In this way, we can get along to each other happily and peacefully.

Welcome to our college. I am principal of the college and I’d just like to say something while your teacher is preparing to show you up a short video about our lovely college. I am so exciting that I can’t wait to share with you what I experienced today. I gave my first lesson in our school, which left me the deep impression.

When I entered into the classroom, my students began to make much noise. I stood on the

platform, knowing what to do at first. But soon I realized everything must be done. I asked the

kids that they liked English songs. They all say “Yes.” I sang a song I had practised many times.  To my great surprise, all the kids turned their attentions to my class.

From this experience I know however happens, we must stay calmly first and find a wise solution.
