How to Read a Book

Books can be your best friends. 71 They can introduce you the things you may never see… But do you know how to read them in order to get the fullest enjoyment possible? The following tips should help.

1. Find a book. Look in the library or in one of the large bookstores. You could also ask friends if you could have a book at their book shelves. I don't think there is anything wrong with your blood. The key to your problem is that long nap(打盹,小睡)after dinner. If you didn't sleep for hours during the early part of the evening, you would be more ready to sleep at bedtime. If you didn't nap after dinner, you would not want to stay up so late, and you would not feel the need to take a sleeping pill.
