Everyone wants to be young. Don’t tell heavy people they are 16 . Tell them they are losing weight(减肥). Everyone wants to be 17. Don't be late for appointments(约会). When someone says six o’clock, be sure to be there by six. 18. Respect(尊重)19and expect everyone to be “on time” .
