放得下，才能拿得起
①后汉时，有一个叫孟敏的人。一天，他扛着瓦罐去集市，一不小心，瓦罐摔落在地，他头也没回，径直向前走去，旁观者无不奇怪。有人问他为什么不回头看看，孟敏说：“瓦罐从肩上掉下去肯定会摔碎，我看它又有何用。我前面还有更重要的事要做。”这个故事告诉我们：“放下”，是为了更好地“拿起”。
②前几天去医院看望一位生病的朋友，我让护士拿一支体温计来。护士答应后十多分钟却还不见身影，我不免有些生气，就按了床头的铃。护士来了。见其空着手，我更加恼火，就大声地呵斥护士。而朋友却始终哼着小曲，一副满不在意的样子说：“为了这样的小事生气，你的生活还会快乐吗？你管不住别人的错误，但是你管得住自己是否快乐。”我很佩服他这种心态。[甲]生活中，我们常常因为别人无意中的一个小错而大动肝火，不仅破坏了与他人的关系。也让自己陷入不快乐的境地。所以说放下别人的过错，有利于自己保持快乐。
③工作中，人们经常会出现分歧，我觉得放下一时的分歧，有利于获得最终的双赢。一次，在福特公司技术研究所内部，大家因汽车内燃机是采用“水冷”还是“气冷”而产生了分歧。“气冷”的支持者福特，与支持“水冷”的几位主要技术人员发生了激烈的争论。矛盾越来越深，几名主要技术人员甚至打算退出福特公司。后来，在副总经理的提醒下，福特认识到“水冷”的优势，也意识到[乙]于是同意他们搞“水冷”引擎的设想。最终几名技术人员开发出了更适合市场需求的产品，使公司产品销量大增，他们也因此成为了业界的佼佼者。
④对于位高权重者来说，放下个人的恩怨与仇恨，有利于国家的发展。蔺相如“完璧归赵”保全了赵国的利益，“渑池相会”维护了赵王的尊严，因而被封为上卿，位居廉颇之上。廉颇居功自傲，屡次挑衅。蔺相如深知将相不和，赵国危矣![丙]因此对廉颇一让再让，终使廉颇幡然悔悟，与相如合力辅佐赵王，让赵国在战乱频仍之际仍能保有一席之地。李世民称帝后，面对曾经强烈反对过他的魏征，不计前嫌重用了他，并一再谅解他因直谏给自己带来的难堪，最终成就了中国历史上“贞观之治”的辉煌。蔺相如和唐太宗“放下”的是个人的面子，“拿起”的则是国家的前途!正是因为他们识大体、顾大局的“放下”，
才换来了朝臣一心、君臣和睦地致力于国事，最终成就了国家的安定与富强。
⑤“放得下”方能“拿得起”，我想告诉那些在做人做事方面“放不下”的人，当放则放，你的人生之路才会走得更远、更精彩!
