　　Most of the people born after 1990 are still in school．But Singaporean pop girl group By2 has been working for more than three years．

　　Last month, the 19-year-old twin sisters released their fourth album 90’ Now．The songs, according to By2, show “the spirit of the 90’s generation(一代人)．”

　　Born in 1992, life for By2 is quite different from that of their peers(同龄人)．After winning a talent competition in 2007, the girls signed with a recording company and started to sing at 15．

　　The sisters had to give up their studies to realize their dream of becoming pop stars．Their success helps them support their family, since their father died of cancer in 2007．Some opportunities only knock once．

　　When an earthquake hit a small town, many houses fell down．After the earthquake, all the newspapers reported many stories about some of the families who were in trouble．

　　One Sunday, when I was reading a newspaper, a special picture touched(触动)me．It gave the clothing sizes of each family member．I thought that this would be a good chance to teach my children to help those who were less lucky than themselves．I said to my seven-year-old twins, Brad and Brett, and three-year-old Meghan．“We have so much, and these poor people now have nothing．We'll share what we have with them．”
