Once a rich woman invited
(邀请)Martin Brown, a famous(著名的)singer, to her house. She wanted him to sing for her friends. But she didn’t invite him to have dinner with them. She told him to eat downstairs with the servants(仆人).The singer was surprised

“Yes, Madam. ”said the singer.
“I usually sing for the people after I have eaten with them, you know.”
