     Who would you choose for a leader, a man or a woman? Many would say a man. (1) In their eyes, men
make better decisions and have stronger minds than women. This is not true with Chinese vice premier
Madame Wu Yi.
     The spring of 2003 was a difficult time for China. SARS was hitting the country hard. The government
