Eating healthy is important, because it can lower disease risks ,give us more energy, in- crease productivity as well as strengthen our bodies. It is true that eating healthy is expensive, but there are tricks to spare your savings account. Here are some ways we eat more healthy while keeping it cheap.

Switch to Tap Water. Check the price of water on your tap water bill Now check the price of bottled water. Quite a difference ,isn't it? So why not give up the soda and drink water? Eat Eggs. Eggs are full of vitamins, high in proteins but low in price. Buy Tuna (金枪鱼)Cans. Canned tuna is cheap and contains as much protein as meat. Buy Ordinary Food. The box of ordinary food might be less attractive, but it's certainly more attractive to your wallet. On the contrary, brand-name food is always more expensive.

Go to One Grocery Store. This grocery store is cheaper for meat, that grocery store is cheaper for vegetables, another grocery store is cheaper for fish... How many grocery stores are you going to, trying to find the cheapest food? Stop losing a day shopping. Go to a big grocery store near your place. It hasn't the lowest price for all foods, but it saves your time and fuel.

Eat Less. It is obvious that the less you eat, the lower your grocery bill is. If you're over-weight ,go on a diet. Your health and bank account will thank you.

Don't Buy Junk Food. Stop buying anything that comes out of a box. It's expensive, what's worse,it's harmful to your health!

After 30 years of AIDS prevention efforts, global leaders may now need to change their focus to spending more on drugs used to treat the disease as new data shows this is also the best way to prevent the virus from spreading.

The UN mainly took up the issue at the International AIDS Society meeting in Rome as it evaluated progress in fighting the disease. Guiding the meeting was completely new data that showed early treatment of HIV can cut its transmission to a sexual partner by 96 percent.

"Now it is very clear that treatment is prevention and treatment is an important part of a combination strategy (策略),Now that we know this ,is this going to be enough encouragement to change around our policy?” Dr Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) said

That could mean redirecting, or adding to, global spending on fighting AIDS, particularly how much is spent on education or other researches into antiretroviral drugs (抗逆转录病毒 药物)that allow patients to live with the controlled disease for many years.

UNAIDS says at least $ 22 billion will be needed to fight with the disease by 2015, helping reduce 12 million new infections and 7. 4 million more deaths in the next decade.

Globally, the number of people living with HIV rose to 34 million by the end of 2010, from 33. 3 million a year earlier. But in poorer countries, a majority of such patients were not receiving antiretroviral treatment.

Fauci said he had already discussed this with policymakers and may make public his views . on needed policy changes at the meeting. "I don't think it's going to be one-size-fits-all Fauci said of the policy approach. "There is going to be certainly a difference between how things are looked at in the developing world and the developed world. ”

Facing the situation, UNAlDS Executive Director Sidibe also said, “As a patient with HIV, if you're lucky to be born in the North, you will not die from HIV. We need to have drugs which are not just for the rich market. ”

My writing career began ten years ago with my articles published locally and nationally. As a beginning writer, I was happy to be on my way, writing and learning as much as I could With two little kids underfoot, as well as working full-time, it was really difficult to make time for writing, but I managed.

Readers told me they laughed, cried or were inspired by my articles. But they didn't know what was really going on behind the typewriter. I was not a happy mommy, and found it difficult to enjoy the everyday little things in life. In short, I was not a happy person.

I realized I had to make some changes. I started walking every morning. It cleared my head, allowed me time to think, gave me fresh air, and made me feel invigorated (精神焕发) and healthy. I was eating wisely, and the weight started to go. I started a new job, joined a monthly writing chapter, and was determined to keep up my walking. Finding the balance was sometimes difficult. But I was determined to fit in writing time because it made me happy. Sure I loved to watch the news and have my tea, but that wasn't what made me truly happy.

My own happiness has shown through my family, my job performance and my attitude towards challenging situations. I again have readers telling me the effect my writing has had on them, with some able to get on with their own writing because of my articles.
