We walked in the hospital so quietly that the nurse at the desk didn't even lift her eyes from the book. Mum pointed at a big chair by the door and I knew she wanted me to sit down. About nine million people like rock climbing in America. Millions more take part in the activity around the world. Some do it just for fun. Others compete.
