This is no joke. Kelly Katrina Hildebrandt, 20, and Kelly Carl Hildebrandt, 24, are expecting just over 100 guests at a(an) 1 at a church, where they will become husband and wife.
Their modern romance was a 2 made in cyberspace(网络空间). She was 3 and bored one night last year, so she typed her name into the 4 social networking Website Facebook just to see if anyone 5 it: Hildebrandt, 24, in South Florida. At the time, Kelly Hildebrandt, of Lubbock, Texas, was the only one matched. So she sent him a 6. She said, “Hi. We had the same name. Thought it was cool.” Kelly Carl Hildebrandt said, “I thought she was pretty 7.”
For the next three months the two 8 e-mails. 9 he knew it, occasional phone calls turned into daily chats, sometimes 10 hours. He 11 her in Florida after a few months and fell head over heels.
“I thought it was fun,” he said of that first online meet. “I had no 12 that it would lead to this.”
Months after Kelly Hildebrandt sent her first e-mail, she found a diamond engagement 13 hidden in treasure box on a beach in December. “I totally think that it’s all God’s 14,” Kelly Katrina Hildebrandt said. “He planned it out just 15.”
She's a student at a local community college. He works in financial 16. They plan to make their home in South Florida.
There was also some uncertainty 17 how to phrase their wedding invitations, so they decided to include their 18 names. But 19 confusion likely won't carry on past the husband and wife, as Kelly Katrina Hildebrandt said there are no plans to pass along the name to their future 20. “No,” she said. “We're definitely not going to name our kids Kelly.”

My earliest bee experience took place at a summer camp. One day our teacher told us to head up the hill nearby. We all began to 1 our destination. The girls took the concrete stairs, but the boys ran 2 up the grassy hill, at the top of which sat a long wooden fence(围栏). Without  3 the boys ahead of me vaulted(跃过) over the fence bravely.
What should I do? Take the stairs and 4 a girl, or jump over the fence and look 5? Then I took my chance with the fence. I placed both 6 on the top and jumped, feeling uneasy. I didn’t 7 it. As I tried, my foot  8 on the top of the fence. Down I went! I landed on my backside. I tried to 9  off the accident, but then I felt something moving  10 me. Just then I saw 11 seemed like hundreds of bees flying toward me. I had landed on a beehive(蜂窝)!  I 12up and rushed as fast as I could. But the bees flew faster. What a/an 13 situation I was in!
My clothes were covered with  14. I parked myself in the camp and I was at a loss.  15this, my teacher quickly took off all my clothes but underwear. Bees flew out of my clothes and  16 out of my mouth!
I had gained the  17 of all the campers, but I didn’t feel cool. I had been 18 almost 40 bees stings(蛰) all over my body. I learned a most  19 lesson that day. When we are led by the   20  to show off(炫耀), we might find ourselves sitting on a beehive.

I arrived at my mother's home for our Monday family dinner. The smells of food 1 over from the kitchen. Mother was pulling out quilt (被子) after quilt from the boxes, 2showing their beauties. She was 3 for a quilt show at the Wooden Church. When we began to fold and put them 4 into the boxes, my attention was 5 by something at the bottom of one box. I 6 it out. “What is it?” I asked.
“Oh?” Mom said, “that's Mama's quilt.”
I 7 the quilt. It looked 8 a group of school children had 9 it together: irregular designs, childish pictures, a crooked 10 on the right.
“Grandmother made this?” I said, 11. My grandmother was a 12 at making quilts. This didn't certainly look like any of the quilts she had made.
“Yes, right before she died. I brought it home last year and made some 13,” she said. “I’m still working on it. See, this is 14 I’ve done so far.”
I looked at it more closely. She had made straight a crooked line. At the center of the quilt, she had stitched a piece of cloth 15 those words: “My mother made many quilts. She didn't get all line 16. But I think this is beautiful. I want to see it finished. Her last quilt.”
“Oh, this is so nice, mom,” I said. It 17 to me that by completing my grandmother’s quilt, my mother was 18 her own mother. I realized I held in my hands a family 19. It started with the loving hands of one woman, and continued with the loving hands of another, 20 two generations.

I remember as a small child when we would have these gatherings where someone would come up and ask, “What are you going to be when you grow up?”
Well, it 1 being a cowboy or some super hero. Later it was a fireman, policeman, lawyer ... As I grew older my dreams of the future 2. When, at last, I was in college, I made up my 3 to become a preacher(牧师) as my father. 4 I studied and prepared for that life. I reached 5in the end and I was preaching nearly fulltime for much of my adult life.
However, for many, there is a “thief” which goes around stealing our 6. Sometimes, the thief will come as a parent, a relative, or a friend, but the 7 thief is, so many times, just 8.
We find ourselves just about reaching the top, and this “small” 9 inside says, “You will never make 10.” “You can’t possibly do this.” And on and on the “small” voice 11 some kind of failure. Failure, though, is exactly how dreams are 12. It is one of the most important tools we have, because it teaches us invaluable 13. And, when we learn these lessons well, we are ready 14 success.
The message I always gave my children was that you 15do anything your heart desires. Remember the saying, “Nothing is 16to a willing heart.” There are 17“overnight” successes, but with determination, it will come. Imagine yourself in the life you dream of 18. Then in your heart, believe it 19happen for you. Then work, work, work. You get the picture.
So, be true to your dream, and don’t let anyone 20 it from you—especially yourself.

It’s still a(n) 11 to modern people how ancient men handled12 of these giant stones in a time when cars or boats never existed some 4500 years ago. The pyramid served not only as a tomb for King Khufu, but also a place of 13 activity. The number of the God’s servants at that time showed the importance of such activities. After Khufu died, his body was carefully treated with various medicines and materials and was wrapped in order to be 14 for long. According to ancient Egyptian belief, the pyramid, where the mummy was placed, provided a place for the king to pass into the afterlife. When you’re a preteen, a huge problem might be that you just have to have a new rock-rap CD, 1your parents won’t give you the money for it. I thought life was so2when things like this happened-----until September 11, 2001.
I was in P.E. when the planes hit the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon. As soon as I got home and for weeks before, I saw the disaster3on TV. Seeing the innocent people running for their4as the debris(瓦砾) started coming down the fire and smoke rose out of the5brought tears to my eyes. I couldn’t help imagining what the people on the6and in the buildings were thinking and going through, not7what was going on. I admired the courage of the firefighters who rushed in and risked their own lives to 8others. It tore my heart apart to watch the9looks on the faces of so many people who didn’t know if their loved ones were dead or alive while10in all the debris.
Then it11me: All my life I had thought mainly of myself. I had it easy in life and had been taking it all for granted.
A feeling of coldness12down my back, and I cried just thinking of the possibility that it could have easily13to my family. My mom or dad could have been killed like that, and I would never, ever see them again. I began to evaluate what a real14in life was.
This disaster15me that awful things can happen to anyone at any time. Now when my mom or dad or sister go somewhere, even if it’s just16the store, I try to remember to tell them that I love them because I know there is a17that I may never tell them that18.
Not getting a new CD is not going to 19my life. I can live with those kinds of problems. But losing someone I love would20make my life miserable.
9/11 showed me just what I am.

Hearing his response, the farmer wanted to14the man on the spot. Then he hurried outside to make necessary preparations. To his15, he discovered that all of the haystacks(干草堆)had been16well. The cows were in the barn(畜棚)and the doors were17. Everything was well organized. The farmer then understood what he18, and he returned to his bed while the wind blew.
When you’re19, you have nothing to worry about. Can you sleep with the wind blowing through your life? The worker in the story was able to sleep20_he had prepared the farm well against the storm. We should also prepare ourselves well against the storm in our lives.

Every time I passed boys who were playing basketball, I stopped to silently watch them. I really envied them. But as a girl, I once thought that I could 1 play basketball.
I like playing basketball though I'm not good at it. I've had a basketball 2 I was a child. At first, I could play freely because no one 3 when I was just a kid. But as I grew up it seemed harder and harder for me to enjoy basketball.
At school, it was always the boys who played basketball during PE classes. The girls were4 allowed to play volleyball or badminton.
My parents did not 5 me play basketball at home. "Basketball is not fit for girls," they said. 6 I went to play basketball with my friends, boys 7  at me on the court as if I were an alien.
I was feeling 8 and had lost hope of playing basketball. 9, something changed the first day of high school. I made some friends who also enjoyed playing basketball. They 10 me to get back on the court.
One of them told me with a smile, "Go your own 11, let others talk." This girl would always play basketball with me. Even the boy who sat next to me in class talked about 12 with me almost every day.
I was inspired by them. Confidence and passion 13 to my heart. I am ready to stand up and play. I will play as well as I can, 14 for me, even the sky is boundless (无垠的).
Basketball has become an important part of my 15. I am interested in it. I watch matches and enjoy playing almost every day. Through basketball, not only do I feel happy and confident, but also16
I've heard the NBA star Tracy McGrady say, "Nothing is impossible." It is from an advertisement on TV. I have 17 to realize that life is just like playing basketball. You should have an 18. After that, just be confident and 19 going. Never give up and you'll make it sooner or later.
I love the motto of the NBA. It can20 my strong feelings for basketball, "I love this game!"
