Recently the reporters from CCTV have made a random interview with people in different areas across China on what is happiness. Different people have different ideas.

Some people think happiness comes from being rich and famous while others say that being a good person leads to happiness. In my opinion, happiness results from the process of achieving your own goal.

Firstly, happiness is rooted in an optimistic attitude, with which we can face any problem in work and life. In this way happiness will never be far from us. Secondly, true happiness depends on hard work. When we achieve something after working hard at it, we will feel content, which is an important part of happiness. Last but not least, happiness comes from simplicity. Those who spend too much money to satisfy their desires will never feel happy. So living a simple but content and healthy life can make a person very happy.
