Dear Sir,
I just arrived home after a journey to Beijing arranged by your firm. The journey was far from being satisfactory.
We were supposed to stay at a fourstar hotel described in your brochure as comfortable and in down town. In fact,the hotel is situated at least 50 kilometres from the city centre,which is rather inconvenient for us. The food served also fell short of expectations. We were most unhappy with the work of the guide. We were kept moving in great haste,without time to admire the scenery. Even worse,sometimes when we needed him,the guide was absent.
Now that my holiday is over,it seems fairly pointless writing this letter,but I would like you know that I was disappointed with your service. It was enough to keep me from booking any future holiday journey through your agency.
