Hello£¬ everybody£¡It¡¯s true that many people are infected with flu virus when the weather changes frequently. I¡¯ll tell you two easy ways to deal with it .

There is one easy way to protect again infection---- frequent hand washing. It¡¯s a surprisingly effective way to prevent all sorts of diseases, including the flu virus. Influenza can spread in the way of coughs or sneezes. However, it¡¯s more likely that virus particles can linger on tabletops, telephones and other surfaces and be transferred via fingers to the mouth and nose.

Staying at home is the other simple way. It means staying away from other people who might be infected. If people have the flu, they should avoid using public transportation. Anyone with flu-like symptoms such as a sudden fever, cough or muscle aches should see a doctor at once.

Thank you !

How to Improve Eyesight Naturally

Eyes are important for everybody. You must take care and try everything in your hand to keep them in good condition. Here are some of the tips to improve your eyesight naturally.

¡¾1¡¿ Strain is known to be a factor in many health conditions and eyestrain£¨ÑÛÆ£ÀÍ£© is no exception. Try meditation, yoga or other methods of stress relief to improve your vision and overall health.

Sit upright in a comfortable chair. ¡¾2¡¿ Cup your hands so that there is no pressure on your eyes. Let your fingers rest across your forehead. There should be no light entering your eyes. Palming£¨ÊÖÕÆ°´Ä¦£©should be done for a period of 5 to 10 minutes to start. Palming should be relaxing. It may help to do palming in a darkened room.

¡¾3¡¿ It will unpleasantly affect your eyesight, which affects the eyes by producing a larger amount of insulin (ÒȵºËØ) in the blood. Therefore you shouldn¡¯t be having much fruit juice or something that contains a lot of sugar.

The only exercise most eyes get is that daily rubbing we give them when we're tired or suffering from eyestrain. But eye exercises are actually good for your eyes and can improve your vision. ¡¾4¡¿ Blink as fast as you can for a few seconds then close your eyes tightly, open and repeat. Do this exercise 3 to 4 times daily.

You probably hear that statement all the time but eating the right foods are necessary to good health. ¡¾5¡¿ Foods that are high in fiber, vitamin C, D and beta carotene as well as other vitamins and minerals can help improve your vision. Here are a few foods that can be beneficial to good vision: carrots, eggs, blueberries, spinach, kale, grapes, and fresh garlic.

A. Reduce eyestrain.

B. Keep your eyes moist£¨ÊªµÄ£©.

C. Sugar is your eye¡¯s worst enemy.

D. Give your eyes a workout with the following exercise.

E. You may not be aware that your diet affects your vision but it does.

F. Close eyes and cover them with the palms of your hands.

G. Be sure to get plenty of sleep so your eyes don¡¯t strain to stay open during the day.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿The loneliest chimp(ºÚÐÉÐÉ)in the world just got the best surprise------a hug from a new friend£®Ponso has been by himself for nearly three years£¬finding himself alone after his wife and children died on the island where they were abandoned by a medical testing company many years ago£®

For years a nearby villager named Germain has been Ponso¡¯s only company£¬visiting him so often to bring bananas and bread¡ªthe chimp¡¯s only source of food on the tiny island£®It was clear how much Ponso missed companionship when he was recently visited by Chimpanzee Conservation Centre Director Estelle Raballand£®The chimp immediately embraced Estelle Raballand in a huge hug and laughed as she reached out for him£¬with his smile from ear to ear£®

For those who know Ponso¡¯s backstory£¬his immediate ease and trust in humans might be surprising£®Ponso was one of 20 chimps£¬all between the ages of 7 to 11 years old£¬relocated to an island off the Ivory Coast after being used for testing by the New York Blood Centre£®After the tests were completed in 2005£¬the lab reportedly transferred the chimps to a string of islands£¬occasionally dropping off food and water because there was none in the chimps¡¯ new homes£®

Disease and hunger soon left only Ponso£¬his mate and their two children standing£®But at the end of 2013 they died within days of each other and Ponso was now completely alone£®

A group called SOS PONSO is trying to raise money for the poor lonely chimp£¬already achieving its goal of $20,000 - all of which will be used for Ponso¡¯s care£®

¡¾1¡¿What do we know about the chimp Ponso?

A. He was deserted by his family£®

B. He found many sources of food£®

C. He came to the island for a test£®

D. He suffers from loneliness greatly£®

¡¾2¡¿How did Ponso feel about the visit of Estelle Raballand?

Five Things Ambitious People Never Say

¡ô¡°I can¡¯t do this¡ªit¡¯s too hard.¡±

Ambitious people never limit themselves or undervalue hard work with these words. ¡¾1¡¿ .

¡ô¡°I¡¯m not good enough.¡±

Ambitious people never say they are not good enough. Saying you are not good enough holds you back and makes you easy to quit when things get a little rough. And quitting when things get a little rough is never a good thing. The most successful people in the world are not quitters. ¡¾2¡¿ Be confident and believe in yourself, or no one else will.

¡ô¡°I won¡¯t make it through the obstacles(ÕÏ°).¡±

Challenges and obstacles are tests of your resolve(¾öÐÄ) and desire to succeed. ¡¾3¡¿ They say they will make it because they know better things lie ahead-the sun always shines after the storm.

¡ô ¡¾4¡¿

The only time people won¡¯t take you seriously is if you don¡¯t take yourself seriously. Insisting that people won¡¯t take you seriously is an excuse not to do what you know you should do. Ambitious people never say these words. Start respecting yourself and honoring what you do and people will respect and take you seriously.

¡ô¡°I¡¯m going to fail for sure.¡±

¡¾5¡¿ It can teach you valuable lessons and redirect you to the right path. Ambitious people don¡¯t say they are going to fail and let that stop them from trying. They challenge the fear of failure by taking calculated risks(¸Êð·çÏÕ) because they know the only time you are truly defeated is when you don¡¯t try at all.

A. Ambitious people never say they won't make it through the hard times.

B. They are hard workers who believe in themselves and their abilities.

C. Failure is not entirely bad.

D. They tell themselves they can do it.

E. ¡°People won¡¯t take me seriously.¡±

F. ¡°People think me impossible.¡±

G. Ambitious people say they can do everything well.

What would you think if someone suggested knocking down St Paul¡¯s cathedral to widen the road,or pulling down Big Ben to make way for a car park? It¡¯d be ridiculous, right? But when it comes to devastation(»ÙÃð)of the natural world,we aren¡¯t so easily shocked. But we should be...or we¡¯ll be in a lot of trouble!

Nature is shrinking by the day.Ancient forests are destroyed.Wetlands are becoming dry.Woodland is disappearing, all in the name of progress. This is bad in itself, but it¡¯s devastating for biodiversity.

Biodiversity refers to the variety of plants, animals and other living things which are all inter-connected.The ecological services provided by biodiversity are vital to everyday life. The air we breathe is a product of photosynthesis(¹âºÏ×÷ÓÃ)by green plants. In fact, all life on earth exists thanks to the benefit of biodiversity.More than 90 percent of the calories consumed by people worldwide are produced from 80 plant species. And 30 percent of medicines are developed from plants and animals.Maintaining a wide diversity of species in each ecosystem is necessary to preserve all living things.

The loss of biodiversity could be devastating.¡°It is wrong to think that biodiversity can be reduced indefinitely without threatening humans,¡± said Harvard University biologist Edward O Wilson, known as ¡°the father of biodiversity¡±.He warned,¡°We are about to reach a critical point beyond which biodiversity loss will be unavoidable.¡±

But what can we do? The problem is that the concept of biodiversity is so vague.People might care about giant pandas, but it is much harder to excite them about the fate of tiny sea creatures which are being boiled to death in the cooling systems of power stations along coastlines. The Guardian newspaper is trying to help.It has started the Biodiversity 100 campaign to try to convince governments around the world to take action to deal with the widespread concerns about biodiversity. This includes persuading the UK government to create a series of marine reserves to change the decrease in the sea-life caused by industrial fishing, stopping fishing sharks by the Japanese fishermen and banning the killing of dingoes in Australia, among many other things.

There is a lot to do.And we¡¯d better act quickly if we don¡¯t want to end up with a planet that can¡¯t support life!

¡¾1¡¿What does the author think of pulling down Big Ben to make way for a car park?

A.Unreasonable. B.Necessary.

C.Difficult. D.Urgent.

¡¾2¡¿What does the underlined sentence in Paragraph 2 mean?

A.Nature is badly polluted by humans.

B.Species are becoming fewer and fewer day by day.

C.Rainforests are being cut down every day.

D.Nature is full of mysteries to humans.

¡¾3¡¿Edward O Wilson believes that .

A.it doesn¡¯t matter to decrease the biodiversity

B.people have done enough to preserve biodiversity

C.the situation of biodiversity is very serious

D.biodiversity loss has been unavoidable

¡¾4¡¿What can we infer from the passage?

A.Plenty of marine reserves have been set up in the world.

B.Fishing sharks is illegal around the world.

C.It¡¯s harmful to catch tiny organisms in the river.

D.The Guardian newspaper has done a lot for biodiversity.
