Some students who are in favour of it state that fast food saves a lot of time. You just go into a fast food restaurant, order you food, and your food is ready in no time. Besides, you can either eat it there or take it away.

   However, others are against it. In their opinion, fast food, which is rich in fat and low in fiber, destroys a balanced diet. Thus people tend to get fat if they eat it frequently.

I prefer not to eat fast food, which is harmful to people’s health. Cooking at home offers healthy and delicious meals your body likes and needs.
