Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your offer inviting me to the summer English course in your school. As for my choice between the two courses, I’d certainly prefer the four-week course for 60 hours of study. This would allow me more time to see your beautiful country while learning the language. I would like to do some traveling and make a few new friends.

       Of all the subjects I’m learning at school, I like English best. I have been learning English for 6 years and now I am able to listen, speak, read and write in English. I hope to take this chance to improve my spoken English as much as possible. Besides, I’d like to have home-stay for a couple of days so that I can know better about English habits and customs. I believe I will have a wonderful time in England this summer.
