I am writing to tell you something about the activity Clean Your Plate Campaign you referred to in your last letter.

In order to let the students realize the value of food, the students are called on to eat up what they buy. Before the campaign, some students are unaware of the wasting of food. They bought much more than they could eat and threw the leftovers, resulting too much waste of food. What’s worse, some students might buy something and just have a taste. If it did not agree with his, he would dump the whole dish into the dustbin. Since carrying out the campaign, almost all the students have started buying smaller dishes or half-portioned ones.
