It’s believed that different people have different points of view on happiness. For instance, some people think that one is happy if one has many loyal friends, and some people think that one enjoy one’s greatest happiness from one’s continuous success in one’s pursuit（工作、业务）.
How do I think about happiness? As far as I am concerned, to be healthy is one’s greatest happiness. As a proverb says, “A sound mind is in a sound body”. If one isn’t healthy, he will suffer both mentally and physically.
Health is a person’s happiness, but not wholeness. He ought to work for benefit of other people with the intelligence and health. Only so can he be regarded as both a happy and a great person.
