It was reported by a newspaper recently that only 10 percent of the students can make proper use of the MP3 player ，who spend less than half an hour enjoying music every time 。however，40 percent of them trend to use the MP3 player over two hours each time especially before sleeping。
Improper use of the MP3 player does a lot of harm to students 。first ，their hearing will be impaired 。worse still，they may even lose hearing 。second ，spending too much time listening to the MP3 player certainly makes students ignore study oncethey rely on it excessively and seem to be able to live without it。After all，study comes first for students。
In my opinion ，health is the first wealth。We should form good habits and take good care of ourselves。
