Of the four courses listed, I attach great interest to “Healthy eating”, which is a hit worldwide.

The course contains a good knowledge of healthy eating. Firstly, it pays attention to balanced diets. For example, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and cut down the amount of fat and sugar, for they are not beneficial to health. Secondly, it warns us of the importance of food safety. After all, it is a matter of life and death when it comes to what we eat.

As for what made my choice, I think health is more important than wealth. Good health accounts for a healthy and colorful life. Besides, I can get the hang of how to keep healthy and manage to break bad habits. Thus, it is health that makes us happy. Only if we stick to the advice given by the course can we enjoy health
