5．A warm drink of milk before bed has long been the best choice for those wanting a good night's sleep．But now a study has found it really does help people nod off-if it is milked from a cow at night．
Researchers have discovered that"night milk"contains more melatonin（褪黑激素），which has been proven to help people feel sleepy and reduce anxiety．

3．My family and I lived across the street from Southway Park since I was four years old．Then just last year the city put a chain link fence around the park and started bulldozing （用推土机推平） the trees and grass to make way for a new apartment complex．When I saw the fence and bulldozers，I asked myself，"Why don't they just leave it alone？"
