　　As a young artist, Walt Disney often worked late in his workroom. One night he heard some mice in his wastebasket. He caught them and kept them in small cages on his desk. One of these little creatures became his particular friend and gave him the idea for the famous cartoon character Mickey Mouse. In 1928 Mickey Mouse first appeared in a cartoon film. When sound was starting to be used in movies, Disney immediately made his Mickey Mouse take on the movie screen. Spectators(观众) ,old and young, were delighted. Mickey is a wonderful clean mouse in a cleaned up world created by Walt Disney. Movies about Mickey Mouse had been popular with spectators everywhere around the world ever since it was created.

　　Mickey Mouse was followed by Donald Duck, Pluto the Dog, the three Little Pigs, and then the Seven Dwarfs(侏儒)and Snow White. Everyone of these Disney characters had brought great amusement and laughter to children and adults alike. Walt founded his Disney Empire on his popular cartoon characters.

　　One of Disney s favorite dreams was to create a new kind of amusement park－a place where parents and children could all go and have fun together. In 1955 his first amusement park, Disneyland opened in California. In late 1971 a bigger amusement park, Disney World, was completed in Orlando, Florida. Walt Disney himself did not live long enough to visit his Florida park, though. He died in December 1966. However, death brought only his life to an end, but not his dream. His empire is growing. It has expanded(扩 展) to Japan in Asia and France in Europe.

　　Watching 3D films such as Avatar could give some viewers headaches, experts have warned．

　　The success of James Cameron's science-fiction blockbuster(卖座的大片), which has already taken more than ＄1 billion(￡600 million)at the box office, is fuelling a surge in popularity for three-dimensional movies and new 3D television sets．

　　But prolonged viewing may result in an aching head, according to Dr Michael Rosenberg, an ophthalmology(眼科学)professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago．

　　He said："There are a lot of people walking around with very minor eye problems, for example a minor muscle imbalance, which under normal circumstances the brain deals with naturally．"

　　Watching a 3D movie confronts viewers with an entirely new sensory experience．"That translates into greater mental effort, making it easier to get a headache," he said．

　　Dr Deborah Friedman, a professor of ophthalmology and neurology(神经学)at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, said："If your eyes are a little off to begin with then it's really throwing a whole degree of effort that your brain now needs to exert．This disparity for some people will give them a headache．"

　　Experts say there are no studies tracking how common it is to get a headache after watching a 3D film．

　　Rick Heineman, a spokesman for RealD, which provides 3D equipment to cinemas, said headaches and nausea were the main reasons 3D technology never took off before．

　　But he said new digital technology addresses many of the problems that had previously caused sore heads．

     CBC is a famous air company which has over twenty planes carrying passengers and goods, flying
along 12 fixed lines all over the world. Its service is very good but some passengers are still not satisfied
with it and that is why in 1998 and 1999 the company received letters of complaints(投诉) from consumers
or passengers who pointed out over a dozen kinds of problems which are divided in groups in the following
table. This division is called Category. Problems that appear when the plane is flying are Flight problems.
Those about passengers' things carried by the plane are Baggage problems. Customer service refers to
service work which passengers are not satisfied with. Over sales of seats are about the fact that more seats
are sold and as a result the plane is too crowded to be safe. Refund problems appear when passengers fail
to receive the money paid to them because of what they have lost. Fares are problems about the price of
tickets. Reservations are problems that appear when passengers could not get the tickets they have already
booked. Tours are problems about the passengers'traveling by air or hotel problems. Advertising is what the
