We have found out the fact that some middle school students are not kept in good health. But what
should we do to improve our physical condition?
First of all, you should get enough sleep£®You'd better go to bed and get up regularly£®Don't stay
up. Secondly, you should take more exercise and do more outdoor activities to strengthen your body.
Thirdly, remember to have three meals regularly and eat less non-staple food, which will do good to you.
Finally, you'd better form the habit of paying due attention to hygiene.
If school students can do like that, I believe you will be strong and and in good health.
