As we know, there are differences between western culture and Chinese culture. We can see differences when we pay attention to the way words are used. Cheating is when a person misleads, deceives or acts dishonestly on purpose. 1. If a basketball team is for kids under 8, it's cheating for a 9-year-old play on the team.
